1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Curva's services — including private tours, vehicle fleet services, airport and city transfers, and event transportation throughout Portugal — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Curva provides premium transportation and tourism services across Portugal, including but not limited to:

  • Private guided tours (Lisbon, Porto, Algarve, Douro Valley, Sintra, Cascais, Fátima, and more)
  • Airport transfers (Lisbon, Porto, Faro, and all Portuguese airports)
  • City-to-city transfers throughout Portugal
  • Premium vehicle fleet with professional chauffeurs
  • Event transportation for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by Curva.

3. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings must be made through our website contact form, email, or phone. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Curva along with payment confirmation. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Curva reserves the right to refuse service if information is found to be false or misleading.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are fixed at the time of booking confirmation — there are no surge charges or hidden fees.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfers, and PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 48+ hours before service: Full refund
  • 24–48 hours before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

Curva reserves the right to cancel a service due to force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
  • Treat drivers, guides, and vehicles with respect
  • Comply with Portuguese law at all times during the service
  • Inform Curva of any special requirements (child seats, accessibility needs, dietary restrictions for tours with meals)

Curva reserves the right to terminate a service if a client's behavior endangers the safety of others or damages company property. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Liability

All Curva vehicles are fully insured as required by Portuguese law. However, Curva shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, road closures, or conditions beyond our control
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles
  • Injuries or losses resulting from client actions outside the scope of the service
  • Changes to tour itineraries due to venue closures or weather conditions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Curva website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Curva and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Modifications

Curva reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
